The SO20 is a controller for reverse pulse cleaning bag filters. It can operate in two modes:

  • time mode
  • threshold mode - based on differential pressure value

Features:

  • detecting faulty solenoid valves (short circuit or break)
  • final cleaning cycles
  • manual testing of the valves
  • 4 valves switching sequences

Digital inputs:

  • Remote Start
  • Stop Cleaning (used with a pressure switch to pause cleaning when the compressed air pressure is low)

Output relays:

  • Alarm

The basic version (SO20A) is mounted on the T35 DIN rail. It is supplied complete with a 230V/20V AC, 35 VA power transformer. The controller can be also ordered in a plastic box(SO20T) or in a metal box(SO20M).
